DESCRIPTION:Our fully staged production of the classic masterpiece La bohème is on 7-9 July 2022: Puccini’s sublime music\, featuring some of his best-known arias\, plays out in a love story between a poor poet and an equally poor seamstress in Paris\, which inspired the hit movie Moulin Rouge with Nicole Kidman and Ewan McGregor (2001) and the Broadway musical and film Rent (1996/2005). \n\nWhatever the odds\, they dream of the future. Prepare to have your emotions stirred.\nThis will be sung in Italian\, with English surtitles.\nTicket sales will be directly from the Hope Mill Theatre box office.\nDo book early to avoid disappointment\, particularly for Saturday.\n\nPrices are £20 / £18 (Students\, Over 60s and Equity card holders) + £1.50 booking fee per ticket. \n\nTickets that were booked before the postponement remain valid for the new 2022 dates; alternatively\, a refund can be obtained\, although we would also request that you generously consider donating this to us in support of our future artistic activities.
